What happens if an item goes out of stock?

I'll make sure to quickly update the online store to show that an item is out of stock (OOS) as soon as it's no longer available.

Will you restock an OOS item?

I usually don't restock once an item is out of stock, but if there's a bunch of you asking for it, I might just bring it back! Your interest makes all the difference.

What is pre-order (PO)?

A pre-order (PO) is when you secure an item before it goes into production. Get exclusive items at a lower price, plus special gifts, while supporting production funding.

What's the ETA for receiving my pre-order?

Pre-orders usually take about 4-6 weeks for production, and then add another 3-4 weeks for shipping from the factory to me. Once they arrive, I'll swiftly pack and send your goodies your way! 

How often do you ship the orders?

In-stock orders ship in 10-14 days. International orders will receive a tracking number via email. Local orders will be shipped via Singpost tracked mail or courier. Tracking number will be provided upon request for local orders.

When will I receive my order if I've bought in-stocks with pre-orders?

I'll be shipping your order once the pre-orders arrive. If you prefer to get your ready stocks first, feel free to make a separate purchase.

Where do you ship?

I ship globally with Singpost. If Singpost does not ship to your country, no worries — I'll get in touch to figure out another solution or arrange a refund. 

Are my orders tracked?

Every order is tracked for your peace of mind. Just a heads up, once the packages leave my hands, I can't take responsibility for any lost mails. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

My package is missing, what should I do?

If you can’t locate your package, contact your local courier first. If that doesn't work, DM me. I'll do my best to assist, but my responsibility for the packages ends once they're with the courier.

Share a quick video of you unwrapping your package. For Singapore buyers, I'll send the missing item your way using your chosen mailing option. Unfortunately, for international buyers, I'll have to issue a refund for the missing item.

What are GOs / GOMs?

Group Orders (GOs) are managed by Group Order Managers (GOMs) to save on shipping! They handle the details, ensuring your goodies reach you smoothly. Connect with your local GOM for specifics!

Can I recommend a GOM?

Absolutely! Just drop me the country and the GOM's username (on Twitter or Instagram), and I'll make sure to reach out to them.

Will I be charged taxes on my order?

International orders, especially in the EU, may come with taxes. We don't include them in your order, so you might need to settle them upon delivery. Just a friendly reminder that it's your responsibility as the buyer to handle these charges.
